This is to inform all the U-sec's that we have increased the number of delegates coming for the Convention.
But the extra delegates will act as Observers. They won't be allowed to participate in any of the event.

The colleges who have not paid the membership fees of last year (2012), should pay the fees otherwise they won't be allowed in Zonal Convention-13, Zone-4.

The last date for submitting the registration form and the deligation fees is 30th of September. Kindly co-operate with us.
Only 40 delgates are permitted. Not a single member will be entertained by us.
