This is to inform all the U-sec's that we have increased the number of delegates coming for the Convention. But the extra delegates will act as Observers. They won't be allowed to participate in any of the event. All the details need to be sent to the Unit Secretary before 7th of October.The delegation fee will remain the same as before.  The extra candidates allowed are 20. The last date for submitting the registration form and the deligation fees is 30th of September. Kindly co-operate with us. Only 40 delgates are permitted. Not a single member will be entertained by us.
